For automatic flat leather gluing of leather, synthetic, foam, textile and felt pieces, the SA 157 ASP automatic robot (Suteau-Anver design and manufacture) operates in masked time across two 1 500 x 700 mm working surfaces — with spray gun on pressurised pot, programmable gluing zones, integrated drying fan, suction platen and 10-litre stainless steel adhesive reserve. Its SA 158 counterpart adds pneumatic or electric axis versions with PLC programming and inter-machine recipe transfer for standardised bonding leather processes across multi-station workshops.
For manual leather gluing with water-based, latex or solvent adhesives, the OMAV TP80 and TP160 gluing stations operate entirely autonomously on a single 220 V connection — no fixed installation required. Mobile on 4 castors with trilateral extraction, pistol or pedal control and stainless steel reservoir, they deliver reliable adhesive application at any position in the workshop.
For edge gluing and peripheral adhesive application without fumes, the KYOTEX range by ALC — KYO40 (die-cut pieces), KYOBORDER (automatic peripheral application on straight and curved edges, usable offline, K100A band compatible with sewing without needle fouling) and KYO100S (full-surface application up to 145 mm, dual-zone heated platens, zero maintenance) — delivers next-generation lamination for leather without noxious emissions.
For hot-melt bonding of threads after stitching on bags and luggage, the OMAV HM 03 TD hot-melt gluing machine dispenses adhesive at up to 150°C via a pressurised pot with pedal-controlled nozzle — precise edge gluing of every stitch point in luggage and leather goods finishing.
For adhesive reactivation before assembly, the BC 133 infrared reactivation oven heats pre-glued pieces by infrared radiation via a rotating, tilting workpiece clamp — with programmable reactivation and waiting timers for consistent bonding leather results on belts, handles and small accessories.
