Our refurbishment service
Suteau-Anver’s machine refurbishment offer draws on over 75 years of expertise in the design and manufacture of flexible material machines — and on an in-house engineering team of 3 automation engineers and 7 design engineers who understand every mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic system on the machines they service.
Equipment overhaul and reconditioning. A full equipment overhaul begins with an on-site assessment of the machine’s mechanical condition — identifying which components require replacement, repair or adjustment to restore the machine to its original performance restoration specification. Mechanical components, hydraulic circuits, pneumatic systems and electrical assemblies are inspected, reconditioned or replaced as required. The machine is then reassembled, calibrated and tested to manufacturer specification before returning to production.
Retrofitting and mechanical upgrades. When the mechanical structure of an older machine is still serviceable, retrofitting the control system, drives or safety equipment delivers a step-change in performance, productivity and safety compliance — without the cost and lead time of a new machine. Suteau-Anver’s automation engineers design and install mechanical upgrades tailored to each machine’s existing infrastructure, minimising changeover time and retraining requirements.
Machine modernization and automation upgrades. Suteau-Anver designs and retrofits automatic material feed systems — clamp-feed and roller-feed — directly onto cutting machines already in production, adding automation capability without replacing the main machine. This targeted machine modernization approach maximises the return on existing equipment investment.
All machine refurbishment and retrofitting projects are managed end-to-end by Suteau-Anver’s own engineering team, with full installation, testing and commissioning on site.
