Suteau-Anver offers a complete range of equipment for professional cutting of flexible and semi-rigid materials, covering a very wide range of materials: leather, rubber, composites, foam, carpet, floor tiles, cardboard, technical textiles, carbon, Kevlar and fibreglass fabric. Whether the need is for small batches, prototypes or high-speed industrial production, Suteau-Anver has a suitable solution.

For contract cutting of industrial fabric and technical textiles without rigid tooling, the Windows-controlled CNC digital cutting table with oscillating knife cuts free-form parts with millimetre precision from a CAD file, over a 1,900 x 1,600 mm working area. It is ideal for small batches and bespoke technical work.

For high-volume die cutting on foam, rubber, cardboard, textiles and composites, the mobile beam presses – SA XPM and PTMV models offer power up to 300 tonnes and cutting areas up to 3,000 mm, suited to the most demanding industrial production.

For very high-speed contract cutting on flexible materials in rolls, the mechanical connecting-rod presses – Models 110 to 180 reach up to 180 cuts per minute with storage of 999 production programs, to change references without losing time.

For cut-to-length of flexible materials in rolls — industrial fabric, rubber, foam, carbon — the automatic guillotine cutter with feed system ensures a straight cut to ±1 mm on widths up to 2,000 mm, at 30 m/min.

For high-speed contract cutting from rolls, the Suteau-Anver rotary cutting machine performs full cuts or kiss cuts on thin flexible materials with a rotary tool tested with your materials, for continuous production without interruption.
