Brushing Machine And Buffing Machine For Leather Goods And Footwear
Brushing and buffing are essential surface finishing operations in leather goods and footwear production — activating the surface, lifting fibres, removing dust and achieving a uniform sheen or texture before or after colouring and coating treatments. A professional brushing machine ensures consistent results from the first piece to the last in any production run.
Our Brushing And Buffing Machines
Suteau-Anver offers two complementary brushing machine solutions covering all leather buffing and surface preparation applications in leather goods, footwear and aeronautics.
The OMAC 860 VM HEPA vertical brushing and buffing machine (distributed by Suteau-Anver) is the reference brushing machine for leather buffing and surface finishing in leather goods and footwear workshops. It features two independent heads with dedicated motors and individual high-capacity suction for each head, ensuring powerful and uniform fiber lifting and texture smoothing across all leather and synthetic surfaces. Its HEPA cartridge filter system directs filtered dust particles directly into a collection bag — keeping the workstation clean and protecting the operator from fine particles. Mounted on wheels for full workshop mobility.
The Suteau-Anver 17T carder / sander / brushing machine (Suteau-Anver design and manufacture) extends brushing and surface preparation capability to footwear sole preparation before bonding, leather goods surface abrasion and aeronautical component buffing. Available in 1 or 2 workstations with belt widths from 14 to 100 mm, it accepts endless abrasive belts, abrasive sleeves, brushes and carding tools — and integrates directly with the Suteau-Anver 19 TER water extractor for safe dust management in footwear workshops.
Suteau-Anver provides distribution, installation and after-sales service for all brushing and buffing machines, with spare parts in stock.
