Suteau-Anver offers three complementary electric press models — all 100% electric, all of its own design and manufacture in France — delivering energy-efficient cutting, silent cutting system performance and precision electric press accuracy on every production cycle.
The SA F600-e electric cutting press is a compact, innovative electric cutting machine designed for cutting single or multiple layers of flexible and semi-rigid materials. Its 4 synchronised ball screws guarantee perfect parallelism between beam and table at every point of the working surface — 600 x 600 mm — regardless of where the cutting force is applied. Cutting force is adjustable from 25 to 35 tonnes with a cycle time of 1.5 to 12 seconds. Power consumption is just 0.25 kW in standby and 8 kW at full power — a fraction of an equivalent hydraulic press. With only 1.4 m² of floor space and a 7-inch colour touchscreen, it is the most compact precision electric press in its category. Applications cover automotive, aeronautics, leather goods and packaging.
The E21G electric cutting machine with mobile carriage extends electric cutting machine capability to working widths up to 2 000 mm across 7 models, with cutting forces from 25 to 30 tonnes. Its automatic cut-point setting eliminates manual adjustment at every die change, and its multilingual touchscreen interface ensures rapid operator onboarding. The servo-driven cutting system delivers quiet, clean operation with no hydraulic oil — no leaks, no maintenance intervals for fluid changes, no environmental risk.
The SA PTMV E 100% electric beam and table press is the flagship electric press for large-format cutting — widths from 1 000 to 2 000 mm, forces of 35 or 70 tonnes. Its beam travels at 56 m/min with ±2 mm stop accuracy, and stroke is adjustable from 20 to 65 mm directly from the touchscreen.
