Suteau-Anver designs and manufactures three complementary adhesive application and lamination solutions, covering every coating machine technology used in flexible material production.
The adhesive application and laminating machine for rolls and sheets (Suteau-Anver design and manufacture) is the core industrial gluing and lamination workhorse — processing foam, rubber, cardboard, composites, carbon, Kevlar and fibreglass hot or cold across three standard widths: 650, 1 600 and 2 000 mm. Pressure rollers of 200 mm diameter with a maximum opening of 150 mm ensure uniform bonding at speeds up to 30 m/min. An optional upper or lower roller heating system with temperature regulation from ambient to 120°C activates thermo-sensitive film bonding adhesives without additional equipment. Optional slitting by cutter and manual or automatic cross-cutting transform this adhesive laminator into a complete in-line processing system.
For HOT MELT adhesive application directly onto the material or support, the flexible material laminating and complexing line (Suteau-Anver design and manufacture) integrates a ROBATECH lip nozzle adhesive applying machine system delivering two key production advantages: simple grammage management for consistent adhesive weight deposition, and adjustable deposition width for precise coverage control. The line runs from unwinder — with antistat bar and web guiding — through automatic HOT MELT regulation and double-roller feed advance, to the finished product rewinder. A complete lamination system from a single manufacturer.
For PE sheet bonding and lamination, the PE sheet heat sealing machine (Suteau-Anver design and manufacture) bonds two PE plates by hot air fusion — processing sheets 400 to 1 500 mm wide and 600 to 2 600 mm long, with an 8-roller motorised calender at 1 to 10 m/min and air nozzle temperature regulation from 50 to 250°C. Introduction and evacuation can be manual or fully automatic, with optional slitting, cross-cutting, rewinding and stacking.
All three adhesive application systems are designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver in France, with installation, training and after-sales service delivered directly by our own technicians.
