The SA 157 ASP gluing station is a flat gluing robot designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, specially designed for automatic gluing and drying of the new generations of water-based glues used for bonding flexible materials: leather, synthetic materials, foam, textile, plastic, felt and others.
Its design is based on 2 work surfaces of 1,500 x 700 mm operating alternately: while the operator places the glued parts and prepares a new launch on one table, the gluing and drying operations are carried out automatically on the other, eliminating dead time for maximum productivity.
The spraying height is managed automatically according to the active table. The gluing length is adjustable by detection cell to adapt precisely to each part dimension. Spraying by automatic gun is fed by a pressurized glue pot, itself supplied from a 10-liter stainless steel glue reserve.
An integrated fan speeds up glue drying time. A suction tray holds the parts flat against the drawer during gluing for uniform application. A particle recovery filter keeps the station clean. The removable Teflon-coated support grids make cleaning easier. The booth is protected by a non-stick treatment and fitted with an inspection door for cleaning.
Its easily accessible glue adjustments make stopping, cleaning and glue-filling operations easier, for simple, quick daily maintenance.
