Suteau-Anver offers a comprehensive range of packaging equipment covering every stage of the flexible material packaging process — cutting, laminating, sealing and automated handling.
For protective packaging cutting — foam inserts, PE and PU pads, cardboard, rubber and composite protective elements — the hydraulic beam presses SA XPM and SA PTMV E cut flexible materials up to 3 000 mm wide at forces from 35 to 500 tonnes, delivering precisely shaped protective packaging components in any geometry. For very high-volume runs, the continuous mechanical presses — Models 110 to 180 reach up to 180 cuts per minute with CNC programme storage — the reference industrial packaging machine for high-cadence foam and cardboard cutting from rolls.
For film and sheet sealing, the Suteau-Anver PE sheet heat sealing machine bonds two PE plates by hot air fusion — processing sheets from 400 to 1 500 mm wide and 600 to 2 600 mm long with an 8-roller motorised calender at 1 to 10 m/min and temperature regulation from 50 to 250°C. Introduction and evacuation can be manual or fully automatic with optional slitting, cross-cutting, rewinding and stacking — a complete packaging automation solution.
For foam packaging lamination and complexing, the adhesive application and laminating machine (widths 650, 1 600 and 2 000 mm, up to 30 m/min) bonds foam, rubber, cardboard and composites hot or cold — delivering wrapping solutions and multilayer structures for protective packaging applications across automotive, electronics and industrial sectors.
The DOLPHIN PACK range (distributed by Suteau-Anver) completes the offer with specialist packing equipment for thermoforming films, calage and protective conditioning — from individual piece packaging to full industrial packaging systems for fragile products requiring high-precision protective packaging.
For automatic material handling and line feeding, Suteau-Anver’s own unwinders, rewinders, stackers and automated feed systems integrate directly with all machines to create fully continuous packaging automation lines without manual intervention between operations.
