Suteau-Anver supports OEM suppliers and subcontractors in the automotive industry in cutting and processing all flexible and semi-rigid materials used for vehicle interiors, trim and technical parts.

The materials processed cover all interior components: leather and faux leather for upholstery and seat coverings, textiles and synthetics for headliners and door coverings, technical foam for padding and sound insulation, carpet and PVC for floor coverings, rubber and EPDM for seals, and composites for lightweight structural parts.

For high-volume cutting of automotive interior parts from rolls or sheets, the mobile beam press with moving table – SA XPM model can process materials up to 3,000 mm wide with guaranteed parallelism on every stroke, thanks to its patented oil-injection system on 2 or 4 cylinders. Its CE-certified light curtain ensures operator safety on the production line.

For prototypes and small runs of trim, the mobile trolley press – SA 12 model offers great flexibility with its multilingual touchscreen interface and automatic cutting-point adjustment, enabling quick changeovers from one reference to another without specific tooling.

For tool-free cutting of complex-geometry parts, the CNC digital cutting table with oscillating knife produces prototypes or short runs of automotive interior parts directly from a CAD file, with millimetre-level plotting accuracy.

For cutting technical roll materials to length — textiles, foam, rubber — the automatic guillotine cutter with feed system ensures a straight cut to ±1 mm on web widths up to 2,000 mm.
