Our Fk Horizontal Cutting Machines
The FK range offers two complementary models to cover all horizontal splitting requirements.
The H 51 machine is dedicated to the splitting of flexible PU foams (polyether and polyester) of high density, CMHR solid foams, rebond foams and other technical foams. Its automatic feed system transports the block to the band knife. After each cut, the sliced layers remain stacked on the block — the machine therefore operates in a fully automatic mode, without any operator attendance. Its reinforced welded construction, Teflon-coated blade guide and integrated sharpening device guarantee consistent cutting precision across large block heights of up to 1 500 mm. As a horizontal saw reference for foam block processing, the H 51 is the benchmark solution for bedding, furniture and technical foam manufacturers requiring maximum throughput with zero manual intervention between cuts.
The H 24 T meets the most stringent requirements for very thin layers — from 0.3 to 1 mm — with splitting tolerances reaching ±0.1 mm. Robust and automated, it is suited to the splitting of cellular rubber (Neoprene), fine-cell PU foams and similar materials, even the softest and most adhesive. Where a standard horizontal panel saw approach reaches its limits on ultra-thin flexible materials, the H 24 T delivers the precision that technical foam processors and composite material manufacturers demand.
Both models can be integrated into a complete FK cutting line — combining horizontal splitting, contour cutting and automatic loading/unloading — for a fully automated foam processing environment with maximum material yield.
