Suteau-Anver designs and manufactures a complete range of auxiliary machinery and peripheral equipment, all engineered to integrate directly with its cutting, laminating, guillotine and thermoforming machines — or to retrofit onto existing equipment already in production.
Automatic material feeding systems are available in two configurations to suit every production requirement. The clamp feed system uses a double pneumatic clamp driven by a brushless motor, delivering millimetric positioning accuracy with silent, energy-efficient operation — ideal for sheet and strip materials requiring precise step-by-step feeding at controlled pitch. The roller feed system provides smooth, continuous unwinding for long or heavy rolls — adapted to high-cadence production requiring constant material tension and flow. Both versions are available as new equipment or as a retrofit on machines already in production — the most cost-effective way to add production optimization tools to an existing line.
Stackers, destakers and grippers cover the full range of flexible sheet material handling needs. Suteau-Anver’s stacker/destacker range is available in 2-axis and polyarticulated robot configurations, with three gripping technologies: suction cup gripper for smooth-surfaced sheet materials (cardboard, PVC, composites), needle gripper for porous or flexible materials (foam, carpet, non-wovens) and retractable belt stacker for very small pieces or very thin materials where direct gripping is not feasible. These auxiliary machinery solutions enable high-cadence automated palletisation upstream or downstream of all Suteau-Anver cutting and laminating machines — without operator intervention between cycles.
Unwinders and rewinders handle rolls up to 2.5 tonnes, by axis or by periphery, motorised or non-motorised, mounted on a welded tubular chassis with castors for full workshop mobility. These support equipment units feed cutting machines, guillotines, laminating lines and heat sealing machines with a continuous, controlled reel supply — and recover finished product in bobine form at the line exit. Motorised versions maintain constant tension for demanding materials; non-motorised versions suit lighter applications and budget-sensitive configurations.
