Hydraulic Cutting Press And Hydraulic Die-Cutting Press — Beam Cutting Solutions
A hydraulic cutting press with beam design delivers the maximum cutting force, working width and precision available in industrial die-cutting. The beam travels across the full material surface, applying uniform pressure across every point of the die — making it the reference solution for large-surface cutting press applications on demanding flexible and composite materials.
Our Beam Cutting Presses
Suteau-Anver designs and manufactures a complete range of hydraulic die-cutting press and beam cutting solutions — from the SA XPM mobile beam for mid-range industrial production to the VFS plunge-beam international reference — all of its own design and manufacture in France.
The SA XPM hydraulic beam cutting press is Suteau-Anver’s core hydraulic cutting press for wide-format industrial die-cutting — available in 21 formats with working widths up to 3 000 mm and cutting forces from 80 to 300 tonnes across 2-verin and 4-verin configurations. Its patented Suteau-Anver oil injection system distributes cutting force across 2 or 4 hydraulic cylinders simultaneously — guaranteeing perfect beam-to-table parallelism at every point of the working surface, regardless of where the die is positioned. The horizontal mobile beam travels at 52 m/min and fully clears the working area between strokes, allowing the operator to position the die and evacuate cut pieces freely. The tool can optionally be positioned under the beam. Stroke is adjustable from 20 to 120 mm from the touchscreen, with an optional beam servo-motor delivering ±0.2 mm stop precision.
The VFS plunge-beam hydraulic die-cutting press is the flagship Suteau-Anver beam press — an international industry reference for high-volume production of non-metallic materials. With 100 to 500 tonnes of closing force, a fixed lower table and upper mobile beam guided at 4 corners by céloron pads, it delivers ±0.1 mm/m planarity tolerance across the full working surface. Four motorised mechanical stops are adjustable to 0.01 mm from the control panel — the highest high-pressure cutting precision available in any flexible material beam press. Optional in-line feeding, robotic handling and a 5-tool automatic magazine make it a complete automated production system.
The SA PTMV E 100% electric beam press extends the beam cutting range to energy-efficient hydraulic cutting — up to 75% energy saving versus an equivalent hydraulic press, beam speed of 56 m/min at ±2 mm stop accuracy, 35 or 70 tonnes in four working formats up to 2 000 x 900 mm.
Benefits Of Beam Presses
Large-surface cutting press coverage: working widths up to 3 000 mm cover every industrial roll and sheet format — from leather goods leather to composite panels
Patented hydraulic cutting precision: the SA XPM oil injection system guarantees parallelism at every point of the die — consistent cut depth across the full working width
High-pressure cutting power: from 80 tonnes on the SA XPM to 500 tonnes on the VFS — sufficient force for the thickest and most resistant flexible and composite materials
Industrial die-cutting reliability: all Suteau-Anver beam presses are designed for continuous heavy industrial use — robust, silent and low-maintenance
French manufacture: all Suteau-Anver hydraulic die-cutting presses are designed and built in-house — after-sales service and spare parts delivered directly by our own technicians
