Thermoforming Machine And Thermoforming Equipment For Flexible And Composite Materials

A thermoforming machine applies precisely controlled heat, pressure and time to shape flexible or semi-rigid materials into permanent three-dimensional forms. From leather goods components to composite automotive panels, Suteau-Anver designs and manufactures a complete range of thermoforming equipment and thermo-compression solutions — covering laboratory testing, leather goods production and fully automated industrial lines.

Our Thermocompression And Thermoforming Machines

Suteau-Anver offers four complementary thermoforming solutions, all of its own design and manufacture in France, covering every production scale and application.

The SA 690 C / SA 690 F thermoforming machine is a compact, robust press for heated forming of leather goods components — rigid bag bases, stiffeners and contrefort parts. The SA 690 C operates at up to 150°C with independent upper and lower digital thermostat regulation, 0.5 to 2 tonnes of pressing force and programmable compression from 0 to 60 seconds. The SA 690 F handles cold mold forming with a perforated cooling platen. Both feature Allen Bradley sensitive control and class 4 safety barriers — the ideal thermoforming solutions for leather goods workshops.

The SA PCDH press combines cutting and thermo-compression in a single thermoforming machine — 120 tonnes, temperature regulation at 150°C ±2°, silent operation and very low running cost. It handles cutting, embossing and glazing in one cycle — a uniquely versatile piece of thermoforming equipment for series production.

The VFS plunge-beam thermoforming press is the flagship Suteau-Anver thermoformer — an international industry reference for large-volume production of non-metallic materials from rolls or sheets. With 100 to 500 tonnes of closing force, planarity tolerance of ±0.1 mm/m, stroke up to 1 000 mm and motorised mechanical stops adjustable to 0.01 mm from the control panel, it delivers heated mold processing at the highest level of industrial precision. Optional inline feeding, stacking and robotic handling make it a complete thermoforming equipment system.

The PV 40 laboratory thermocompression press is the validation tool for thermoforming solutions before scaling to full production — 40 tonnes across two stations (heating and cooling), up to 200°C, with mechanical stops integrated into the hydraulic cylinders for precise finished part thickness. Ideal for prototypes and client presentation samples.

For fully automated thermo-compression lines, the automated thermocompression line integrates a 400 kW preheating oven with automatic belt, a thermoforming and cutting press and a robotic gripper — the complete plastic forming and composite panel solution for automotive dashboard production from 80 to 500 tonnes on surfaces from 1 000 x 1 000 to 2 500 x 2 500 mm.

Benefits Of Thermocompression And Thermoforming Machines

Complete thermoforming solutions: from compact leather goods presses to 500-tonne automated composite lines — one French manufacturer covers every thermoforming equipment need

Heated forming precision: independent temperature regulation, mechanical stops and PLC control guarantee dimensional accuracy on every formed part — no variation between batches

Thermal shaping versatility: hot mold forming for permanent shaping, cold pressing for materials not requiring heat activation — both covered by the SA 690 range

From lab to production: the PV 40 validates your thermoforming mold parameters before committing to industrial-scale runs — protecting your investment

French manufacture: all Suteau-Anver thermoforming machines are designed and built in-house — after-sales service and spare parts delivered directly by our own technicians
