The OLX 600 fusing machine is a continuous belt heat-bonding machine from the MARTIN GROUP range, marketed by Suteau-Anver. Designed for continuous heat bonding of flexible materials (leather, fabrics, synthetic materials), it can also be used as a press for transfer and sublimation, offering great application versatility in leather goods, clothing and technical textiles.
Its continuous feeding belt ensures smooth, regular passage of the parts through the pressing zone, for uniform heat-adhesive application over the entire treated surface, without repeated manual handling. Precise control of temperature (0 to 200°C), pressure (0 to 60 N/cm²) and passage speed guarantees perfectly controlled, repeatable heat bonding on every cycle, whatever the material or the weight of the adhesive used.
Available in two working widths, OLX 600 and OLX 1000, it adapts to all workshop configurations and all part formats. Suteau-Anver handles the distribution, installation and after-sales service of this equipment.
