Thermoforming Machine And Thermoforming Equipment For Flexible Materials
A thermoforming machine applies controlled heat and pressure to shape flexible or semi-rigid materials into precise three-dimensional forms using a thermoforming mold. From leather goods components to automotive interior parts and composite panels, Suteau-Anver designs and manufacture a complete range of thermoforming equipment for every production scale.

Our Thermoforming Machines
Suteau-Anver offers four complementary thermoforming equipment solutions, all of its own design and manufacture.
The SA 690 C / SA 690 F thermoforming machine is a compact, robust press specifically designed for heated forming of leather goods components — rigid bag bases, stiffeners and contrefort parts. The SA 690 C (hot) reaches 150°C with independent upper and lower digital thermostat regulation, 0.5 to 2 tonnes of pressing force and a compression time of 0 to 60 seconds. The SA 690 F (cold) is equipped with a perforated cooling platen for cold mold shaping applications. Both versions feature Allen Bradley sensitive control and class 4 cell barriers.
The VFS plunge-beam thermoforming press is the flagship Suteau-Anver thermoforming machine — an international industry reference for large-volume production. With 100 to 500 tonnes of closing force, a stroke up to 1 000 mm and planarity tolerance of ±0.1 mm/m, it delivers heated mold processing on rolls or sheets at the highest level of industrial precision.
The PV 40 laboratory thermocompression press combines a heating station and a cooling station in a single thermoformer unit — ideal for tests, prototypes and presentation samples before scaling to full production. 40 tonnes, 400 x 300 mm working surface, up to 200°C.
For fully automated thermoforming equipment lines, the automated thermocompression line integrates a 400 kW preheating oven, a thermoforming and cutting press and a robotic part handler — the complete material forming solution for automotive dashboard and composite panel production.
Benefits Of Thermoforming Machines
Precise heated forming: independent temperature regulation and mechanical stops guarantee dimensional accuracy on every formed part
Hot and cold mold shaping: hot thermoforming for permanent shaping, cold pressing for materials not requiring heat activation
From lab to full production: the PV 40 validates your thermoforming mold parameters before committing to large-scale runs
Complete thermoforming equipment range: from compact leather goods presses to 500-tonne automated lines — a single French manufacturer for all applications
