The X 1000 gutter machine is a continuous heat press with independent upper and lower heating systems — two electronic thermoregulators, 9 resistance elements, temperature up to 210°C, pressure 0 to 5 kg/cm² and speed 1 to 10 m/min. Available in five widths from 600 to 1 800 mm, it also functions as a transfer and sublimation press. The version R is specially designed for small pieces.
The OLX 600 continuous heat sealing machine features triple independent adjustment of temperature (0 to 200°C), pressure (0 to 60 N/cm²) and speed — the reference industrial heat press for continuous heat bonding on fabric, leather and synthetics. Available in OLX 600 and OLX 1 000 versions.
The MEPP gutter machine is the only heat press in the world with a patented hot sealing technology “Lung” system: a rubber plate that inflates to deliver perfectly uniform pressure on every cm² of the working surface — even when pieces of different thicknesses are processed simultaneously. With temperatures up to 250°C and pressures up to 1 400 g/cm², it delivers thermal adhesion results 5 times more effective than rigid platen systems.
