The SA 157 ASP flat gluing robot, designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, is specially developed for the automatic gluing of water-based adhesives used for bonding flexible materials: leather, synthetic, fabric, foam, plastic and felt. Its two working surfaces of 1 500 × 700 mm enable gluing and drying in masked time, with automatic spray height management and gluing length adjustment via detection cell. The integrated fan accelerates drying, while the closed enclosure and suction system ensure a clean, safe workstation throughout production.
The SA 158 double-platen gluing station delivers full-surface and peripheral gluing with an automatic spray gun fed by a pressurized glue pot. The closed enclosure and aspiration system accelerate drying time, making it an efficient gluing machine solution for leather goods and footwear ateliers working with water-based adhesives across both small and large production runs.
For hot-melt applications, the HM 03 TD hot melt gluing machine (OMAV) is dedicated to the bonding of threads after stitching and assembly inside bags and luggage. Its pressurized glue pot maintains the adhesive at up to 150°C for a consistent deposit at each application, with pedal-operated nozzle control for hand-free part handling. The OMAV TP80 and TP160 manual gluing stations complete the offer for small-series production or touch-up workstations — fully autonomous, requiring only a single-phase 220 V power supply and equipped with four castors for rapid repositioning anywhere in the atelier.
