For very high-cadence production on thin flexible films and materials in rolls, the mechanical connecting rod presses – Models 110 to 180 reach up to 180 cuts per minute.
For cut-to-length and slitting of packaging materials in rolls — cardboard, PVC, foam — the Suteau-Anver automatic cutter with feeding system offers a cutting precision of ±1 mm on widths up to 2,000 mm with a cycle time of 7 seconds.
For the manufacturing of shells and inserts by thermoforming, the thermoforming and cutting press – Model VFS performs thermoforming and cutting of materials in rolls or sheets with 0.01 mm positioning, ideal for the high-volume production of protective shells and packaging inserts.
For the laminating and adhesive bonding of multi-layer packaging films and materials, the Suteau-Anver laminating adhesive machine assembles materials hot or cold up to 2,000 mm wide at 30 m/min, to produce multi-layer protective structures for industrial packaging.
