The FK range offers two complementary models depending on the level of automation required.
The V 24 is a manually tiltable vertical panel saw, designed for the precise trimming of flexible foam blocks and sheets — polyether, polyester, PVC — as well as similar materials. It also performs rectangular and wedge-shaped cuts. Its manual tilting mechanism allows angled cuts from 0° to 30° to the left and 0° to 20° to the right. The precision blade guide holds the band knife in a constant position even when cutting high-density materials, and the integrated sharpening device ensures consistent results over time. Cutting height reaches 1 200 mm. As a vertical cutter for foam blocks and flexible sheets, the V 24 is the benchmark manual solution for trimming and panel production in foam processing workshops.
The V 51 is the fully automatic version, equipped with a precision-guided band saw for minimal cutting tolerances. Compared to the manual version, it saves 50% of floor space and can perform both single and double cuts — making it a high-performance vertical saw for continuous production environments. The V 53 takes automation even further with an automatic-travel cutting unit for the highest throughput requirements.
