Suteau-Anver distributes three complementary Fecken-Kirfel contour cutting technologies, each targeting a specific range of materials and profile complexities.
The F 62 vertical CNC contour cutting machine is the reference solution for complex shape cutting in flexible PU foam, rebond foam, PE foam, EVA, laminated materials and felts. Its band knife can be twisted ±360° — enabling complex contours to be processed in a single cut without any return movements. The band knife runs over five knife pulleys: this patented technique minimises wear parts to an absolute minimum and makes the machine exceptionally compact. The powerful FK nesting and routing software ensures contours are nested into one another to maximise material usage, while the routing function optimises the cutting line for quality and speed. Suitable for small, medium and large production volumes. Upgradeable to a fully automatic cutting line by adding a horizontal splitting machine, take-away conveyor and automatic loading device.
The C 55 / C 56 / C 57 horizontal CNC contour cutting centres are the production workhorses for foam contouring in upholstered furniture, mattresses, packaging and insulation panels. The motorised sharpening device and central blade guide on the C 56 enable cutting of the densest materials with high precision. These horizontal contour cutting machines impress with their high cutting speed and excellent accuracy — combined with a comfortable control system, they are highly productive and flexible tools for any contour cutting task. A turntable option enables three-step automatic programme execution for continuous production.
The C 58 wire cutting centre extends contour cutting capability to harder materials where a rotating band knife reaches its limits — melamine foam, PVC rigid foam, XPS, PE, PU rigid foam and rebond foam. The machine accelerates the cutting wire up to 360 km/h, with automatic cutting speed adjustment based on resistance monitoring and pneumatic wire tension compensation.
