The KYOTEX by ALC range offers 3 distinct bonding machines:
KYO40 – Adhesive application machine on FAG: a compact machine dedicated to the precise application of KYOTEX adhesives on small and medium-sized parts. It provides controlled bonding thanks to stable pressure and optimized thermal management, guaranteeing consistent results on different substrates. Easy to adjust and quick to learn, it improves productivity while maintaining a high level of quality for preparation and assembly operations in footwear and leather articles.
KYOBORDER – Perimeter adhesive application machine: an innovative system dedicated to automatic application of perimeter adhesive on leathers and textiles. It allows precise edge gluing, in straight lines and curves alike, significantly reducing production times. Usable off-line, it guarantees a high-quality finish with no emission of harmful fumes. Combined with the K100A tape, it provides excellent thermal hold, great precision and optimal compatibility with sewing operations, without fouling needles.
KYO100S – Full-surface adhesive application machine: a semi-automatic machine designed for applying KYOTEX adhesives up to 145 mm wide (530 mm version available). Its pneumatic regulation system guarantees constant pressure throughout the bonding phase. The heating platens with dual temperature zones allow fast, precise application of adhesive tapes. Simple to use, it requires no maintenance or cleaning of the machine.
