Insulation Machine For Thermal Insulation Panel Cutting And Processing

The manufacturing and processing of insulation materials — PU foam, glass wool, stone wool, felt, cork — require precise insulation machines adapted to the resistance and fragility of these materials. A stable and clean cut is essential to preserve the thermal and acoustic performance of every panel or component produced.

Our Machines For Insulation Materials

Suteau-Anver offers a complete range of machines for cutting and processing thermal and acoustic insulation materials used in the building, industrial, automotive and aerospace sectors.

The materials processed cover all flexible and semi-rigid insulation: flexible and rigid polyurethane foam, glass and stone wool, technical felt, cork, elastomers and laminated composite insulation. Each of these materials presents specific cutting constraints — fiber fragility, thickness variation, compression resistance — which require machines adapted to their characteristics.

For precise contour cutting on insulation foam panels, the vertical cutting machine – FECKEN-KIRFEL Model F 62 (distributed by Suteau-Anver) ensures the cutting of flexible or rigid foam, laminated materials and felts thanks to its ±360° steerable circulating bandknife, for stable and clean high-speed cutting on all geometries.

For horizontal splitting and thickness calibration of dense insulation blocks and panels — rigid foam, compressed wool, cork — the cutting center – FECKEN-KIRFEL Model C 56 guarantees absolute thickness consistency thanks to its motorised sharpening device and central blade guide, to preserve the thermal performance of the panels produced.

For continuous length cutting of flexible insulation material rolls, the Suteau-Anver automatic guillotine with feed system ensures a straight cut to ±1 mm on widths up to 2,000 mm, at a variable feed speed from 0 to 30 m/min.

For die-cutting insulation parts — gaskets, washers, insulation spacers, tiles — the travelling head presses – Models SA XPM and PTMV cut all flexible materials up to 3,000 mm wide, in one or more layers.

For the lamination of multi-layer insulation structures — foam with aluminum film, insulation with vapor barrier — the Suteau-Anver laminating machine assembles materials hot or cold up to 2,000 mm wide at 30 m/min.

The advantages of our insulation machines

  • Stable cutting of insulation materials: machines adapted to the fragility of wool fibers and the resistance of rigid foams, for a clean cut without tearing or crushing
  • Guaranteed thickness consistency: precise horizontal splitting preserving the thermal and acoustic performance of every panel produced
  • Material versatility: PU foam, glass wool, stone wool, felt, cork, composite insulation — a range adapted to all insulation materials on the market
  • High production rates: guillotine and mechanical presses allowing high-volume processing for industrial insulation production
  • French manufacturing and distribution: Suteau-Anver and FECKEN-KIRFEL machines distributed and serviced directly by our technicians
