For cutting foam blocks and panels intended for seating, backrests, and upholstered structures, Suteau-Anver distributes FECKEN-KIRFEL machines – Models F 62 and C 56, global benchmarks for cutting flexible PU foam, agglomerated foam, rubber, and laminated materials. The F 62 ensures precise contour cutting at high speed thanks to its ±360° rotating band knife, while the C 56 performs horizontal splitting of thick blocks with absolute thickness regularity, for perfect uniformity of cushioning foams.
For cutting to length and cross-cutting rolls of foam, textile, and covering materials, the Suteau-Anver automatic guillotine with feeding system ensures precise straight cuts to ±1 mm on widths up to 2,000 mm, at rates suitable for industrial furniture and bedding production.
For lamination and bonding of soft materials — foam with textile, foam with synthetic covering — the Suteau-Anver laminating and bonding machine allows hot or cold assembly of materials up to 2,000 mm wide at 30 meters per minute, to produce multi-layer structures ready for shaping.
For high-volume production of die-cut parts — cushioning elements, protective pads, filling components — the mechanical toggle presses – Models 110 to 180 can achieve up to 180 cuts per minute on foam, rubber, and textiles.
