The SM 9043N drying oven is developed by the ARES / SM-ZANETTI brand, of which Suteau-Anver has been the exclusive distributor in France for over 30 years. It is specially designed for drying the dyed edges of leather belts and shoulder straps after the edge coloring operation, an essential finishing step in leather goods and saddlery for fixing the dye and obtaining a clean, durable edge.
Its vertical design with 49 holding grippers guarantees automatic transport and positioning of the parts in the drying zone, for a fully automatic cycle with no repeated operator handling. The distance between 2 grippers is 105 mm, allowing many belts or shoulder straps to be loaded simultaneously at regular intervals for sustained-rate production. The loading and unloading height of the articles is set at 1,450 mm, for working ergonomics suited to a standing operator.
Temperature and rate settings allow the drying cycle to be adapted to each material, each dye and each part format. Its ECOPOWER system provides eco-friendly energy management, a responsible design that reduces the machine’s electricity consumption without compromising drying efficiency.
Optionally, the machine is available with automatic loading for full integration into a fully automated dyeing and drying line. The loading height is available made to measure, and additional door openings can be added depending on workshop configurations.
