The SERVER PLUS is an automatic strip loader developed by GALLI, of which Suteau-Anver is the official distributor in France. It is designed to automatically feed other machines, notably the RC 200 edge dyeing machine, with strips of leather and flexible materials, eliminating manual feeding of parts and fully automating the dyeing and finishing production line.
Its capacity of 300 pieces in stock allows continuous operation over an extended period without operator intervention, for a sustained production rate and reduced operator working time. It handles strips from 20 to 80 mm wide and from 300 to 1,300 mm long in the standard version, with a kit for 2,000 mm strips available as an option for long-length production.
Its maximum speed of 18 m/min guarantees smooth, continuous feeding, suited to the rates of the RC 200 machine and of the other GALLI equipment it can be paired with. Its touchscreen provides intuitive programming and real-time monitoring of loading parameters.
A kit for 12 mm parts is available as an option for very narrow-width production, and a remote control makes it possible to operate the loader from a distance.
