The SA PASM bonding press is a machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, with 2 stations, specially designed for KNEIPP and GOODYEAR manufacturing. It allows perfect bonding of soles on footwear of all types: sandals, low shoes, boots, slippers, walking shoes and more, with quickly interchangeable supports available on request, covering a working range from size 16 to 48.
Its microprocessor equipment automatically controls the bonding program for shoes, and in semi-automatic mode for boots and special work, for precise setting adapted to each type of production. Its top-quality non-staining rubber membrane is available in two versions: the standard normal membrane for routine production, and the membrane with reinforced double-thickness base specially designed for leather soles, pumps and open-toe shoes, avoiding planimetric deformation of the sole relative to the straps during assembly.
The membrane is inflated in less than one second, thanks to vacuum retraction before pressing, which prevents any movement of the sole. This system guarantees perfectly repeatable bonding of consistent quality on every cycle. The pressing time delay can be precisely adjusted, and the last-holder height is motorized for quick adaptation to each model processed.
A major asset for intensive production: the operation of the 2 stations is entirely separate, allowing a membrane to be replaced without stopping the machine, a simple, quick replacement that minimizes production downtime.
