The SA 540 sanding station is a sanding machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, specially designed for finishing leather edges in leather goods, saddlery and footwear. Its abrasive belt with variable rotation speed allows the sanding intensity to be precisely adapted to the material and the desired surface finish, for a uniform, repeatable result on every part processed.
Its powerful integrated extraction system, efficient and easy to maintain, captures sanding dust directly at the source for a clean, safe workstation. Quick belt changes minimize downtime between production runs, while the electric height adjustment of the work surface allows each operator to adapt the workstation ergonomically, in both the vertical belt and horizontal belt versions.
Its caster base with locking provides full mobility in the workshop while ensuring perfect stability during sanding operations. A machine entirely designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, with after-sales service provided directly by our technicians.
