The rotary cutting machine is a rotary tool machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver. It is compact, robust, and easy to implement, specifically designed for full or partial cutting of thin, flexible materials at high speed in continuous production from rolls.
Its rotary tool is designed in partnership with specialized toolmakers and tested with your materials in rolls before delivery — guaranteeing optimal cutting from the start of production. The number of cavities cut per revolution is determined by the shape of the cavities and the toolmaker’s requirements, offering great production flexibility to meet your needs.
Its variable speed from 0 to 500 rpm allows it to adapt to all production speeds, from soft starts to the highest industrial rates.
An infeed web guide ensures precise material feeding up to a width of 600 mm. The cutting position is adjusted manually using a micrometer screw or by pressure, depending on the desired configuration. The knife and die assembly can be disassembled and reassembled very quickly, minimizing downtime during production changeovers.
Altuglass safety guards with sliding doors protect the operator while ensuring optimal visibility of the work area. The cut product is discharged onto a sheet metal tray after cutting.
