The SA 600-AC pneumatic bonding press is a machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, with 2 stations, specially designed for tennis, barefoot and basketball shoes and all footwear with a wrap-around. It differs from the SA PASM in its pneumatic bladder design, perfectly suited to soles with side rises and complex wrap-around profiles.
Its main technical feature is its adjustable pressure of 2 to 6 kg, obtained instantly and distributed from all angles by its 2 pneumatic bladders of 200 mm diameter, guaranteeing uniform bonding over the entire sole/upper contact surface, with no deformation whatever the height of the sole edge. This omnidirectional bladder pressing mode is the ideal solution for soles with a complex profile or pronounced wrap-around, where rigid jaw systems cannot follow the shape perfectly.
Its pneumatic pressure and holding time control allows each cycle to be precisely set according to the type of glue, the sole material and the shoe model processed. The machine can produce up to 600 pairs in 8 hours, a rate suited to sports and tennis footwear workshops.
