The OMAV TP80 and TP160 gluing stations are gluing stations for spraying water-based, latex or solvent-type glue, distributed by Suteau-Anver. Suteau-Anver favors OMAV as a partner for the distribution of gluing machines, because of its rigor, its seriousness and its high technical quality.
Perfectly ergonomic and self-contained, these stations move quickly around workshops thanks to their 4 casters. Their major asset: no external connection is needed, and a simple 220 V single-phase plug is enough to run them. They therefore stay within immediate reach of the operator for all gluing operations, wherever they are in the workshop.
The station is equipped with a stainless steel tank, a support with a balancer to hold the gun, and a gun with microphone or pedal control, allowing the operator to keep both hands free to handle the parts when using the foot control. Extraction is provided at the bottom, side and top depending on the model, with an integrated extraction filter, for a clean, safe workstation.
The TP80 and TP160 are available in two working surface formats, 750 x 650 mm and 1,650 x 650 mm, and offer different gun types depending on production needs and the type of glue used.
