The OMAC 995 FCID PLC is an automatic cut-to-length machine with masked-time operation, designed to automatically cut to length flexible materials in rolls and coils up to 100 mm wide and 30 meters long. It is dedicated to cutting strips, zippers, ribbons, cords, ropes and straps for the leather goods, marine, pet supplies, automotive (seat belts) and packaging (gift ribbons) sectors.
The FCID PLC model allows straight hot cuts and hot cuts angled to the right and left, with fully programmable dual motorization via PLC control: length, speed, pause time on the cut and number of parts to be cut can be set independently for each production run. Its end-of-material detection avoids idle cycles and secures production. Its handwheel-adjustable width guides allow quick format changes without tools, and its built-in vacuum unit keeps the workstation clean during continuous production.
