The GP 15 machine is equipment developed by COLLI, a preferred partner of Suteau-Anver for several years. It is dedicated to the trimming operation, that is, the removal of excess material on bags, luggage and shoulder straps in production. This finishing operation consists of cleanly removing the overhanging material on the edges and seams of luggage items, to obtain a clean, neat result that meets the requirements of high-end leather goods production.
The GP 15 is a column-mounted machine with integrated workstation lighting, for optimal visibility of the work area throughout the operation. Its standard working height of approximately 1 meter allows the operator to work standing, under ergonomic conditions.
Optionally, the electric telescopic stand allows the working surface height to be adjusted from approximately 830 mm in the low position to approximately 1,260 mm in the high position, to adapt the workstation to each operator and each type of article processed. A boot system is also available as an option, for trimming operations on footwear items and leather boots.
