The MP 78 model is a versatile hot fileting machine, dedicated to footwear, leather goods and saddlery workshops working with leather and synthetic materials. It performs several operations in a single machine: continuous fileting, zig-zag cutting of webs and strips, and stamping of braids, narrow cords and belts with special equipment.
It is also suited to calendering belts using a rubber roller, making round leather straps and cutting fringes with special knives, thus covering a wide range of leather finishing operations at a single workstation.
Fitted with a conveying system with separators and slides, it automatically carries the cut strips to the machine exit. Its 2 independent variable-speed motors allow precise, independent adjustment of each working parameter. Its upper heated shaft and hardened steel lower roller guarantee consistent fileting and stamping quality, whatever the material processed.
