The BT4 model is an extremely versatile hydraulic press, distributed by Suteau-Anver, capable of performing four distinct operations with precision and power in a single machine: embossing, die-cutting, overcutting and marking. Its adjustable power of 90 to 180 tonnes depending on the version makes it one of the most powerful presses in the Suteau-Anver range for working leather and flexible materials.
Its high-capacity central hydraulic thrust cylinder and mechanical stop allow precise control of the depth of embossing, cutting and marking, guaranteeing a perfectly repeatable result on every cycle. The automatic, programmable work cycle (temperature and dwell time) ensures series production without repeated operator intervention.
Used for decades by leather goods makers to emboss logos and patterns on leather and synthetic materials, it is also recognized in industry for its cutting precision on steel plate, polypropylene, aluminum, blue sheet steel and ground steel.
