The OMAC range of calendering machines is a reference in the leather goods and footwear sectors, distributed by Suteau-Anver, an OMAC partner for decades. These machines can calender, bond and press materials of different types and thicknesses (leather, imitation leather, fabric and cardboard), including irregular materials, for consistent, high-quality results.
The range comes in 3 usable widths – 300 mm (30 models), 450 mm (45 models) and 600 mm (60 models) – and in 3 equipment levels depending on production needs:
The C version (Calendering machine) is the basic version, robust and simple to use, for workshops wanting reliable equipment without additional options.
The CV version (Calendering machine with Variable speed drive) includes a variable speed drive that allows the calendering rate to be precisely adapted to each material and each thickness, essential for varied production requiring fine adjustments.
The CV PNT version (Calendering machine with Variable speed drive and Pneumatic pressure) adds pneumatic pressure on the upper roller, for more powerful, more uniform pressing on the thickest or toughest materials – the most complete, highest-performing version in the range.
All versions are available for table or stand mounting as an option. Suteau-Anver handles distribution, installation and after-sales service, with a wide range of OMAC spare parts in stock.
