The SA PTMV E is a 100% electric mobile beam and table cutting and over-cutting press, designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, robust and specifically engineered for cutting all non-metallic materials. Its primary differentiating advantage: it can achieve up to 75% energy saving compared to an equivalent hydraulic press, for a significantly reduced environmental footprint without any compromise on cutting force.
Its horizontal mobile beam advances and retracts at every cut, fully clearing the working area between each stroke — the operator can position the die and evacuate cut pieces freely. As an option, the tool can be placed under the beam: in this case, the operator only retrieves the cut pieces. The cutting counter-plates can therefore be positioned either on the beam or on the rising table, offering great operational flexibility.
The beam retraction distance is adjustable on the touchscreen in 100 mm increments (programmable), and the cutting stroke is adjustable from 20 to 65 mm, enabling cycle time optimisation according to the thickness of the material processed. The beam speed reaches 56 m/min with a stop precision of ±2 mm. Its intuitive touchscreen interface guarantees fast operation. The machine is available in 4 working surface formats and 2 cutting forces — 35 or 70 tonnes.
