The E21G cutting press is a versatile semi-automatic electric travelling head press, designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, dedicated to cutting flexible materials in one or several thicknesses from rolls or sheets up to 2 000 mm wide. It is the 100% electric version of the Suteau-Anver travelling head press range — also available in hydraulic version.
Robust, fast and reliable, it delivers constant cutting force from 25 to 30 tonnes depending on the model. Its automatic cut-point setting, regardless of die height, guarantees an optimised cycle without repeated manual intervention. The stroke is adjustable from 10 to 150 mm, and a carriage travel delay timer enables precise adaptation of the production cycle to each material’s requirements.
The material can be fed from the front or the rear, thanks to an optional double-roller material feed system. The working area is fully guarded and accessible from the front for maximum proximity to the material. All parameters are set from an intuitive multilingual touchscreen. A cell barrier ensures operator safety at every cycle.
Available in 7 models with working surfaces ranging from 1 700 x 530 mm to 2 000 x 750 mm — in CE, non-CE or three-phase versions.
