Cutting And Compression Press — Embossing & Glazing — Model Sa Pcdh — Suteau-Anver
Key features
Key features
The SA PCDH is a cutting and thermocompression press, designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, robust and specifically engineered for cutting all non-metallic materials and for thermocompression operations — embossing and glazing — on flexible materials.
A silent machine with sustained production throughput and very low running cost, it combines in a single piece of equipment the cutting power of a 120-tonne industrial hydraulic press and the thermal capabilities of an embossing press, with a maximum temperature regulation of 150°C ±2° — for precise and reproducible embossing and glazing results.
Hot embossing on leather is a technique for raising an inscription or logo in relief without colour, by combining the parameters of time, temperature and pressure according to the substrate processed. Glazing enables a bright, smooth surface to be obtained by hot compression. Both operations are carried out on the same machine, without any equipment change, for a significant saving in time and workshop space.
Its adjustable stroke of 20 to 70 mm enables the cycle to be adapted to each material and each operation. Its high cutting precision ensures perfect reproducibility from one cycle to the next, for both large-volume series production and high-end short runs.
Suteau-Anver provides design, manufacture, installation and after-sales service for this equipment.
