The FT1 TEKNO is a dual-head hydraulic cutting and marking machine with a 2-position rotary table, developed by GALLI and distributed by Suteau-Anver. Its dual-head design makes it possible to alternate cutting and marking operations continuously: while one head works on the first position of the rotary table, the operator positions parts on the second, eliminating dead time and maximizing production rate.
Its vacuum table holds the materials in precise position throughout the operation, guaranteeing stable, repeatable positioning on every cycle, particularly for embossing and marking operations on leather, synthetic materials and flexible materials, where the slightest slip of the part can compromise the quality of the result.
Its touchscreen and integrated LED lighting ensure intuitive parameter programming and optimal visibility of the work area. Compact, at only 130 x 70 cm on the floor, and robust at 350 kg, it fits easily into any leather goods or footwear workshop.
