The SA 158 gluing robot is a gluing station designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, specially designed for full-surface and perimeter gluing with the new generations of water-based glues. These glues are used for bonding flexible materials: leather, synthetic materials, foam, textile, plastic, felt and others.
Its main feature is masked-time operation on 2 work surfaces: while the operator places the glued parts and prepares a new launch on one table, the gluing operations are carried out automatically on the other table, eliminating dead time and optimizing operator productivity.
The spraying height is managed automatically according to the active table, guaranteeing uniform application whatever the thickness of the parts. Spraying by automatic gun is fed by a pressurized glue pot, ensuring constant, regular application. The closed enclosure system and integrated extraction help speed up the drying of the water-based glues, for a reduced cycle time. The extraction hood comes into contact with the drawer in use for optimal extraction of glue vapors.
The machine is programmable according to the exact needs of each production run (full-surface, perimeter or combined gluing), with a user-friendly multilingual human-machine interface. The ability to copy recipes from one machine to another makes it easier to standardize processes in multi-station workshops.
