Suteau-Anver offers a wide range of stackers and destackers of in-house design and manufacture, making it possible to automate the destacking or stacking of sheet products upstream or downstream of cutting and processing machines. This equipment significantly reduces manual operator intervention and improves production rate and safety.
Our stackers/destackers are available in two architectures depending on production needs and the characteristics of the materials processed: a 2-axis version for standard configurations, or fitted with articulated-arm robots for the most demanding applications requiring great flexibility of path and positioning.
Three gripping technologies are available depending on the nature and dimensions of the parts processed:
Suction cup gripping is ideal for flexible or semi-rigid materials with a smooth, continuous surface – cardboard, PVC, composites, flooring – allowing a firm, repeatable grip on every cycle.
Needle gripping is suited to porous flexible materials, or those whose surface does not allow suction cup adhesion – foam, carpet, nonwovens, cork – thanks to gentle, controlled penetration into the material.
Stacking by retractable conveyor belt is the dedicated solution for small or very thin products, and for those that cannot be gripped by needles or suction cups. This system palletizes at high rate by sliding the parts onto the pallet, with no risk of damage or deformation.
The materials processed cover all flexible and semi-rigid materials in sheets: foam, rubber, cardboard, flooring, carpet, PVC, cork, nonwovens, composites and others.
Suteau-Anver handles the design, manufacture, installation and after-sales service of all of this equipment.
