The LS 04 burnishing machine is equipment developed by BIMAC, a preferred partner of Suteau-Anver for many years. It is used to burnish the edges of leather or similar materials that have already been dyed, an essential finishing operation in leather goods, saddlery and footwear for obtaining smooth, shiny, durable edges after the dye has been applied.
Its strong point is its ease of use: the machine can be picked up immediately by any operator with no prior technical training. It is equipped with a workstation with a universal tool that can burnish any type of edge, whatever the shape or profile of the edge processed: straight, curved, thin or thick.
The machine temperature is controlled by a probe and a thermal regulator that guarantee precise, constant heat throughout the burnishing operation. The temperature can reach 300°C, offering an adjustment range wide enough to process all types of dyes and all leather or similar material compositions.
Its ultra-compact format of 27 x 65 x 26 cm and only 11 kg allows it to be installed on any work surface with no significant footprint, for immediate integration into any leather goods, saddlery or footwear finishing workshop.
