The PV 40 laboratory thermocompression press is a machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, ideal for carrying out your tests and/or making presentation samples for your customers. It is the reference solution for R&D laboratories, design offices and prototyping workshops that need a compact, precise thermocompression press to validate materials, thicknesses and production parameters before moving to large-volume production.
With a power of 40 tonnes (other powers available on request) on 2 stations, it combines a heating station and a cooling station in a single piece of equipment, so the complete thermocompression cycle can be carried out without handling or moving parts between two machines.
It has mechanical stops that allow the thickness of the finished parts to be achieved with precision. These stops are integrated into the 2 hydraulic pressing cylinders, guaranteeing absolute control of the stroke and final thickness on every cycle, an essential condition for test repeatability and the reliability of presentation samples.
Its automatic, programmable work cycle (temperature and dwell time) makes it possible to store the parameters of each test or production run and reproduce them faithfully on every cycle, without repeated manual adjustment.
Its 400 x 300 mm working surface (custom sizes available) and compact dimensions of 1,200 x 1,000 x 2,040 mm allow it to fit easily into any laboratory or prototyping workshop.
