The laminating line for flexible materials is a turnkey solution designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, engineered for the lamination of flexible materials using two complementary processes: transfer adhesive application (lamination of an already adhesive-coated silicone substrate with a foam, for example) and HOT MELT adhesive deposition by lip nozzles directly onto the material or substrate.
It integrates a ROBATECH lip nozzle adhesive application system — the international reference for precise thermofusible adhesive deposition — offering two key advantages: simple and precise management of the adhesive weight deposited and management of the deposition width — for perfectly controlled and reproducible lamination whatever the material processed.
The line is fully equipped from end to end:
Upstream, it integrates a paper and PE unwinder and a foam unwinder enabling continuous feeding of the various lamination components. An antistatic bar eliminates static electricity that could disrupt material advance. A web guide ensures precise roller guidance across the full length of the line.
At the heart of the line, an automatically regulated system controls HOT MELT adhesive deposition onto the paper, followed by a double feed roller that ensures regular advancement of the paper/foam laminated assembly.
Downstream, a rewinder collects the finished product in bobine form for direct use in production.
