Pure-water jet cutting machine – HYDROJET

Most flexible and semi-rigid materials can be cut using a very high-speed jet of pure water (2 to 3 times the speed of sound).

This high speed is achieved by forcing a flow of water through a nozzle a few tenths of a millimeter in diameter at pressures between 2000 and 4000 bar.
Exiting the nozzle as a fine, consistent jet, the very high-speed water particles strike the surface of the material to be cut or deburred, resulting in a clean, precise cut.

Our range of machines, designed and manufactured by SUTEAU-ANVER, incorporates a very high-pressure HYDRO PROCESS generator. Standard machines or custom-designed equipment are developed in partnership with your industry.
