The Models 600-2 / 600-4 hydraulic bonding press is a machine designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, available with 2 or 4 stations, specially designed for tennis, barefoot, basketball and après-ski shoes and all footwear with a wrap-around. It is the high-performance hydraulic version in the Suteau-Anver range of bonding presses, and the only hydraulic press of this design on the market.
Its hydraulic power allows it to reach an adjustable pressure of 2 kg to 12 kg, double that of the SA 600-AC pneumatic version, obtained instantly and distributed from all angles thanks to its 2 or 4 bladders of 200 mm diameter (or other diameter depending on the model). This omnidirectional pressure guarantees uniform bonding over the entire sole/upper contact surface, with no deformation whatever the height of the sole edge, an essential condition for a perfect result on soles with a pronounced wrap-around.
Its hydraulic pressure and holding time control allows each bonding cycle to be precisely set according to the type of glue, the sole material and the shoe model processed. Thanks to its 2- or 4-station operation, the machine can produce up to 1,200 pairs in 8 hours, double the pneumatic version, for high-rate production workshops.
