The SA 27 rotary vise is equipment designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, designed for finishing and coloring operations in leather goods, footwear and saddlery. Its main function is to hold leather parts stably during dye application operations, by spray gun or brush on the edges or full-surface, for precise, uniform application over the entire surface of the articles processed.
Its compact design allows it to be positioned in any coloring booth, with no installation constraints. It fits equally well into Suteau-Anver coloring booths and those of other brands. Optionally, an articulated support assembly allows it to be positioned inside or outside the booth according to the operator’s needs.
Its manual rotation of the whole assembly allows the operator to swivel parts to all angles during dye application, to uniformly reach all faces and edges of the article without handling it directly. Manual part locking ensures stable holding throughout the operation. Its working surface of 150 x 150 mm and maximum loading height of 150 mm allow it to accommodate parts of all common sizes in leather goods, from the small 25 mm part up to larger articles.
It is supplied with 1 set of black Teflon-coated tooling with its positioning template, for immediate start-up of production. Additional custom tooling is available depending on the parts to be dyed.
