The SA 257 coloring booth is equipment designed and manufactured by Suteau-Anver, dedicated to spray or brush coloring of parts in leather, synthetic materials and flexible materials in leather goods, saddlery and footwear. It provides an enclosed, safe working environment for all touch-up operations, solid coloring or surface pigmentation on articles in production.
Its main feature is its rotary vise for coloring with booster, with a maximum clamping pressure of 20 bar, allowing parts to be held firmly during coloring. The rotation speed variation is adjustable by manual handwheel, to adapt the part’s rotation speed to the coloring technique and the size of the article processed, from small leather goods parts to larger articles.
A fan integrated in the booth extracts dye vapors throughout the operation. The exhaust is channeled into a special filter with a removable frame, for quick maintenance and easy filter replacement without dismantling the booth.
