The HC380 model is an automatic cut-to-length machine with masked-time operation, designed to automatically cut to length materials in rolls and coils up to 100 mm wide. It is dedicated to cutting flexible materials in strip form: ropes, straps, cords, zippers, Velcro and all similar materials requiring precise, repeatable cutting to length at high rates.
Its programmable cutting covers four cutting modes: straight cold, straight hot, angled cold and angled hot, with an angle adjustment of 0 to 45° in both directions for materials up to 50 mm wide. Its high-performance heating system reaches up to 455°C, guaranteeing a clean, heat-sealed cut on all synthetic materials and preventing fraying of the cut edges, a decisive advantage for zippers, polyester straps and synthetic ropes.
Mounted on a vertical frame, it delivers maximum production rate thanks to its fully automatic masked-time operation: while the cut is being made, the material feed is prepared at the same time, with no interruption of the production cycle.
