The DEKO LASER is the latest-generation laser machine from our Italian partner GALLI, distributed by Suteau-Anver. An ideal machine for laser marking and decoration, it is particularly suited to belt and strap manufacturers in general, and is aimed more broadly at all leather and leather goods sectors requiring precision marking, engraving or decoration on their articles.
Its main technical feature is its conveyor belt with continuous or step-by-step operation, allowing leather straps of unlimited length to be processed, a decisive advantage for series production of belts, straps and shoulder straps. The self-centering guide integrated on the belt ensures perfectly regular positioning of the parts under the laser head, whatever the length of the strap processed.
Equipped with an American CO² laser source with 2-axis head movement with interpolation, it offers a resolution of up to 1 µm depending on the working space chosen, for unmatched marking precision and fineness on all types of leather, synthetic materials and flexible materials. Its external self-cooling system guarantees an extended service life. The guaranteed service life of the pumping device is one year with no hour limit. The cross-pin laser guide identifies the correct focal point for each operation.
Its integrated MatriX software computer system under Linux RT1, with 17″ TFT monitor, keyboard, mouse and internal modem for remote assistance, guarantees quick handling and responsive technical support.
